Georga Morgan-Fleming and José Herrera first met in Maine, where they both studied Studio Art (with a focus in painting and sculpture, respectively) at Bates College. In 2019, the couple moved to Los Angeles and began creating films together. Their work retains the influence of Georga's background in psychology, while José draws inspiration from the transient nature of Mexican-American experience. The pairing of these interests has fed into the genre of horror, as a means of exploring the dark regions hidden behind daily life.

Currently, the co-directors are finalizing a feature horror script entitled LUCÍA based on their proof of concept short by the same name, which screened in the American Cinematheque's PROOF Film Festival and was a quarter finalist for the 2026 Antigravity Incubator Screenwriters Camp. They are also in post-production on HEAVEN’S CORNER, produced in partnership with Silverlake Scream Show as part of their annual horror anthology, and are developing a new feature about the mysterious disappearance of migrant farm workers in Maine.
